I am an Independent Consultant providing Employment & Industrial Relations advice, guidance and assistance to small – medium size employers.
My experience and skill set is gained from previously being a Regional Trade Union Organiser and Employment Official specialising in industrial relations and employment case management both at a strategic and practical level. I was responsible for resolving collective and individual employment and industrial relations issues with employers. I provided leadership with all aspects of large-scale project management such as TUPE and pay and reward, and have a proven track record of high-level negotiation and representation and enhancing team performance through training and development. I am a solutions and results driven professional, with multidisciplinary skills across Unionized and HR environments.
I have extensive experience of individual and collective case management from informal stages to employment tribunal appeals.
